MetaXSeed Games is a next-generation gaming ecosystem built on the Avalanche network. The project is designed to integrate blockchain technology with traditional gaming frameworks, governed entirely by a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). This structure ensures that the community is responsible for all key decision-making processes, guiding the evolution and sustainability of the platform.
The Role of the DAO and Community Governance
A foundational pillar of MetaXSeed is the shift toward complete community-led management. The DAO is the ultimate authority within the ecosystem, with the community responsible for:
Project Direction: Voting on the development pipeline and prioritizing which games are built or integrated.
Economic Parameters: Determining and adjusting reward structures, supply dynamics, and fee-burn mechanisms.
Ecosystem Evolution: Amending the tokenomics model or utility frameworks to reflect the collective interests of participants.
Resource Allocation: Overseeing how ecosystem resources and advertisement revenues are utilized to support growth.
The $XSEED Token
The $XSEED token serves as the primary utility and governance instrument within the ecosystem. Operating on an Avalanche Layer 1 (L1), it facilitates value exchange across the entire library of games.
Planned Token Utilities (Subject to DAO Approval):
DAO Governance: Enabling the community to participate in all strategic decisions and milestones.
Ecosystem Transactions: Serving as the medium of exchange for digital assets, licenses, and ecosystem merchandise.
In-Game Integration: Providing utility and currency functions across the diverse library of mobile, web, and PC titles.
Incentive Mechanisms: Support for community-driven staking and decentralized finance (DeFi) functionalities as determined by the DAO.
Node License NFTs
Node Licenses are specialized digital assets that allow the community to support the ecosystem without the technical requirement of running hardware. These licenses are represented as NFTs on the Avalanche network.
Zero-Hardware Requirement: License holders do not need to run a node on their PC or maintain server hardware. The infrastructure is designed to be secure, reliable, and accessible.
DAO-Defined Rewards: All rewards, distribution schedules, and eligibility criteria for license holders are strictly defined and adjusted by the DAO.
Tiered Ecosystem Benefits: Depending on the rarity and type of license, holders may be eligible for airdrops, competition entries, and other community-led incentives.
Compliance: To maintain ecosystem integrity, a third-party KYC process is required to claim rewards from the decentralized pool.
Strategic Strategy and Market Fit

Complete KYC
NOTE: Like all other similar node licences in the industry, wallets must pass KYC before they claim accrued node rewards. BlockPass (third party) is the official KYC and KYB provider for MXS cloud node licences. Here’s how to get started with KYC:
You can contact Blockpass for KYC issues. After submitting your KYC documents, check your inbox (including spam) for updates that require additional verification. Once you’ve passed KYC, the MXS system will be automatically updated within 24 hours enabling your wallet to claim. If after 24 hours, your wallet is still not activated, please raise a report on the website with the category ‘NODE REWARDS’ / ‘KYC completed but cannot claim’.
Hardware needed to run a node?
Our design with Avalanche will not require individuals to run a node. Instead master nodes will be run by Avalanche Cloud Services. Details will be announced as we get closer to mainnet.
This would mean NFT licences holders can get rewarded and all other benefits for just holding the licence while the hosting is done by Avalanche Cloud Services. As holders do not need to run a node on PC, there will be a small hosting fee that will need to be paid instead. This is more secure, reliable and sustainable in the long term. This will improve the player experience at the expense of reduced decentralized. As we are a web 2.5 project, we trust Ava Labs (built Avalanche) to manage the chain.
When multi player competitive games are introduced, the node licence(s) can be used to run game servers (optional) to earn a share of the entry fee.
Rewards
A huge 35% of the entire supply is set aside to reward node licence holders. That is a whopping 17.5 billion tokens.

Rarities
The node licence NFTs will have different rarities based on number. A unique number is allocated based on the purchase order and that dictate the type with Mythical & Legendary being the most prestigious and limited in number. Usually the highest rarities are the most expensive but in this case, they are the cheapest and given on a FCFS basis (first come, first serve, fair launch).
